Easy No-Cook Chakalaka
Ingredients
1/2 onion (diced)
1/2 yellow or green pepper (diced)
handful of cherry tomatoes
1/2 tomato (diced)
1/2 cucumber (sliced in half moon)
1 tin baked beans
spices for seasoning (we used mixed herbs, southern grill, salt and pepper,
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
1/2 cup burger relish sauce
handful of gherkins
Directions
- In a large bowl, add onion, green pepper and tomatoes
- Add in cherry tomatoes, gherkins and cucumber
- Add baked beans and seasoning
- Stir in sweet chilli sauce, burger relish sauce
- Taste for seasoning and adjust with salt as needed.
Notes
- For best results, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes and up to 5 days
