2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons boiling water
1 1/2 cups milk + a tray of ice cubes
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl, add coffee, sugar and boiling water.
- Use a hand mixer to whip the coffee mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Now fill a glass with ice and milk.
- Add the whipped coffee mixture to the glass with the milk and stir to enjoy.
