1 cup full-cream milk
1 tablespoon white vinegar
- Pour milk into a measuring jug or bowl.
- Add a tablespoon of vinegar to the milk.
- Mix well.
- Allow the mixture to sit and curdle for 10 minutes. Then stir again and use as needed.
- You can replace white vinegar with fresh lemon juice.
